G-Sync Support on Linux

G-Sync Support on Linux:

So I’ve been trying to get g-sync to work how I would like it (running linux mint 18.3, nvidia driver version 387.34), and I am able to get g-sync working fine if I disable all other monitors on X screen 0, but I am not able to keep g-sync working when enabling other monitors on x screen 0. I assume this is an issue because the application probably can’t flip since the application is not taking up the entire resolution of x screen 0, but I’m not 100% sure.

Does anyone know of any workarounds to get this working? I would prefer to not have to use a seperate x-screen for each monitor, but maybe there’s a way this could be acceptable with something like xinema so I can still use my side monitors normally?

Any ideas/suggestions would be appreciated.
