Question about Linux Sar I/O bread/s bwrtn/s:

Hello Guys, need you help please. i have one question about how to calculate bwrtn/s value in human readable. my block size is: blockdev –getbsz /dev/sdb1 4096 bytes i.e 4k

12:00:01 AM tps rtps wtps bread/s bwrtn/s 12:10:01 AM 13.89 0.01 13.88 0.08 148.51

how do i read bwrtn/s value? i believe its number of blocks written per sec. how to get that value in MB? can someone please explain this calculation?
